My computer's taskbar is completely frozen. Everything else on my computer works perfectly, and I've tried restarting the computer, it didn't work. I can't access my start button, any help?

Ctrl+alt+del. End explorer, then run new task, explorer. If that fails you can always save what you need and reinstall windows.

i have no task bar at all, which makes things very difficult, also my computer disconnects all the time, every time i go on to view something the computer disconnects please help,
