Yes--I used one this past winter in Colorado. To be completely honest, they're not really worth the cost. The air goes in through a disposable nasal ventilation system and they'll add a scent (i.e., citrus, vanilla, etc). In my humble opinion, however, to truly feel the effects of oxygen you'd need: #1--A full face mask and a system that doesn't lose pressure when another customer is added to the O2 line, and #2--100% pure oxygen without added scents. It's a neat one-time experience but not something I'd try again.

No I haven't. I don't think I would try it. It can be harmful if the oxygen is not properly humidified. It can cause cell death, cardiac arrest, and seizures to name a few things. I don't think I would trust that it was being used properly and at the right concentrations.
