Humans watch violent TV and play violent video games. Should my pet have access to similar entertainment, like my parrot can watch films of birds getting their beaks ripped off?

When a dog hears another dog bark in the TV, they think it's coming from outside. They can't associate it to the TV. I think you dont' have anything to worry about when it comes to that.

Yes it is no wonder we live in a violent society with gangs and murderers. People find violence humourous.

Lol!- that's good, i don't see why not, but i doubt that your Parrot would enjoy that film, i don't think i would either.
