There's nothing I hate more than asking someone not to do something, them agreeing, and then they go and do it five minutes later. It drives me crazy, regardless of what the thing was in the first place. So yeah, you can feel free to put the content blocker on...
Alternately, you could have him agree to only look at the porn when you're not home. And then he can jack off when he watches it like most men do instead of coming to you after looking at porn, which is degrading.
One last thing, if he has to look at porn before having sex with you, maybe you should consider ways to arouse him without the need for porn. Do you have sexy lingerie? There's nothing that makes a woman feel worshiped more than putting on something that makes you feel sexy and demands his attention and adoration. Try lingerie that has strings tied in bows that he has to untie, or other fun interactive things like that. Or wear some scandalous lingerie under your clothes when you go out for dinner, and then while you're at the restaurant table, let him know that you have that sexy corset on underneath your dress. It's so much better than porn!
