McDonald's. I read an article years ago about a lady who owned a small sandwich shop in the UK. Her name was McDonald, so her shop was called McDonalds's Sandwich Shoppe. McDonald's sued her for using THEIR name...she would either have to change the name or close her business. Granted..McDonald's may have been within their legal rights, but the very idea of a corporation of that size throwing such a fit over such an insignificant thing struck a nerve. I have had no use for them since.
