Well, it is impossible for us to comprehend what out of space and time would be like, would we exist, would we be frozen to the spot etc. If God does exist outisde the universe then She, or It would have no physical form, seeing as how not being inside space and would see the past present and future happen all at once, well metaphorically speaking of course.

In this answer is contained a bit of an abstraction, though perhaps, nonetheless food for thought. Dictionary.com defines "universe" as 'All matter and energy, including the earth, the galaxies, and the contents of intergalactic space, regarded as a whole' or 'The sphere or realm in which something exists or takes place.' So if the universe includes all Things then --- Nothing.... No Thing.... exists outside of Space-Time. We live in a third dimensional reality in which we perceive of space-time in order to understand our universe.. We think in a two dimensional reality and which we intuit through "in"-sight where time is stopped in freeze-frame images. The Unseen Unknowable One Exists always Now in the Dimension of One Less than the One is the Nothing ...which is Everywhere... and filled with the Light of the Possibility of the One. Less than this still is the Nothing Everywhere without the Light. Finally beyond this is the Nothing that is Nowhere .......the Beginning.
