No, I don't buy drawn art unless it is on something useful.

If the art was good, then yeah. I know several people who are young and good artists, they should try selling there art. I would buy it, depending on if it was good.

If that is the primary medium he uses for his art. If they are sketches that he intends to convert onto canvas or some other medium that is more long lasting and will be a finished piece, then he should keep them in a private collection to sell when he becomes more famous. If he's illustrating for books, be they novels, childrens books, or text books for education purposes, then pencil drawings are useful.

art/creativity isn't dependent upon age ... if it was good and i liked it and it was inexpensive (don't have much cash) then yes.

absolutely. I love art and if it is creative and well done, I wouldnt consider the age.

Yes I would, if I had money on me at the time and they were good. If you are thinking of doing this on the street, I would suggest markets, rather than somewhere random on the street.
