Ouch. Been there, done that. Except it was black on red. Liquid dishwashing detergent is what my colorist told me to use. Sounds harsh. It is and it will make your hair dry, so use a conditioner. Shampoo your hair with it, leave it in for about 2 minutes and rinse. If you have extremely sensitive skin, I do not recommend this. It isn't a home remedy, but most beauty supply stores carry products to remove hair color. Good luck.

either use peroxide mixed with a little bit of water or go to the store and get some hair bleach and dilute it with a little water...or mix it in with some shampoo if alot of your hair is stained red and let it set on your hair for about 10 minuites but keep an eye on it until the stain lifts off if your hair is too lite of blonde temp. dye will stain it so be careful!! hope i helped!

I would say your best bet is to actually call the phone number provided on the box by whoever made your hair dye. I've dyed my hair many times over the past few years, and I've seen those numbers on most major brands of hair dye that can be purchased. That or go into a beauty supply store (like Sally Beauty Supply) and ask the person working at the counter. They're usually pretty knowledgeable about that sort of stuff. Good luck!
