This is illegal in all states. the only exception are fog lights, mounted on top of a pickup truck. headlights and tailights came from the factory, based on federal regulations. to alter either, is not only a safety hazard to yourself, but also the general public.

Consider this, these lights make look cool in the daylight and in the sunshine. but, think about the night and foggy conditions. smoked anything would hamper your visibility in fog or driving snow or rain.

These lights came from the factory with certain specifics for a reason.

I have had the tinted lights on my Civic. The lights draw way to much attention. I have had 2 tickets and my car towed in 1 week. I recommened if you have them get rid of them and if you want them do not buy them.
