What does it mean when a zit/pimple [i'm not quite sure what it is, but it's one of the two] turns yellowish and how do you get rid of it [fast] without having to buy anything?

It means the puss it to the surface and you could pop it and release the gunk and then clean it well with Hydrogen peroxide to prevent any other flare-up.

Hot compress and a gentler squeeze. Then dab it with tea tree oil if you have that or some neosporin ointment. If it does not yield to a gentle squeezing, leave that than alone. It will leave on its own.
