There are ways to repress it, or silence it for a while, also known as coping mechanisms, but unfortuanately, on here people can only give you suggestions not give you the right answer for you. Ways to cope might be meditation, relaxation cd's, art therapy, or just sitting and having a cup of tea in the fresh air. everyone has coping mechanisms for their own personal stresses, and each person has to go through trial and improvement to find their own. good luck.
