My power supply stopped working after I tried to scan with my new color laser printer on. Both heavy power users. I checked and am sure the PSU is bad. I installed a new PSU and everything powers up but I can't get a picture. Tried resetting the BIOS.

You're reading When I start my year-old PC [with 500 W power supply] the fan on the motherboard won't spin on it's own and the video card fan starts and stops before it stays on. What is wrong?
Comments
I actually use compressed air to spin up the mobo fan! Thanks for the great answer!
