Maybe they want everyone to see thier Superundies, and because it makes them feel supersexy.

Because it looks cool and protects their package (and makes said package look bigger having a contrasting colour emphasising it). Maybe it also keeps their underwear clean so they don't have to keep buying new pairs. Oh and it stops those lycra tights riding down - any woman will tell you those things are a pain in the arse.

Well they are superheroes and they are super confident with their super bodies that they can show their super underwear without and super concern whatsoever!
