    I do it for my grand daughters....they do not live in my care; nor are they my children. Others might do it for a niece/nephew, or similar relative.......

    No but my former husband. I have a child from a previous relationship and the child support for this child was deposit to an account my former husband and I had together. We are seperated for 18 month now and thats how long he is been spending child support for a child that isnt his own or doesnt live in his care. I do not have access to this account!! My question is...is this embazzlement my former husband is doing??
