  • Well... If you're upset about something, try not to think of it so much. Think positive! Too keep your mind off of it, do something that you enjoy doing. Like a hobby. Talk to someone who will cheer you up. :)
  • Try to focus on things that are a positive influence in your life. Don't dwell on things you can't change but be thankful for the things you have in your life. Learn to look at the glass half full instead of half empty. Start thinking about things that are good, take up a new hobby, get a pet( they are great for moral support) as long as you take good care of them. And by the way you deserve to be happy just as much as anyone else. Its not that someone has a better life then you its just that they focus on the good things they have & try to forget about the bad.

  • One good thought at a time. Keep reaching for the thoughts that change your mood to a grateful, better outlook. It DOES work, because YOU are the only one that is totally in control of your mind. Nobody can do this for you. Keep reaching for those "happy thoughts"...no matter WHAT. It gets easier and easier. It's a habit you have to get into, just like people have a habit of being "down", well, you need to work on it to reverse it. Be brave! You CAN do this!

  • I always come away happy by volunteering at a Nursing Home or helping kids with special needs. Anything you can do to help others will come back to you ten times better.
