Not really. You can make a rough estimate of your hydration level by weighing yourself before and after exercise; the weight lost will be from water. But bathroom scales don't have the accuracy or precision needed to do this reliably. If you really care, buy a good scale (like the ones in doctors' offices), or some other hydration measuring device. But it's not worth it. Just drink more water; if there's excess, it'll be excreted.
