It could be a gallbladder attack, acid reflux, etc. Best get checked out by a medical professional.

This Could also be a hiatal hernia which can mimic a heart attack and often fools doctors. A friend once told me of how she thought she was having a heart attack only to discover it was a hiatal hernia, much to her relief. A hernia is when one part of your body protrudes into another part of your body. A Hietal Hernia is when the upper part of your stomach goes through to the chest cavity. A Hietal Hernia is fairly common in about 25% of people over 55 and is more common in women and people who are overweight. The only way to correct this problem is through surgery. Though not normally painful it may cause food and acid to backup into your esophagus causing heartburn and chest pain. You should get this checked out if it becomes worse or is bothersome.

It is may also be unrelated to your heart, possibly more of a lung or artery issue, but without knowing more symptoms and related factors I cant really venture an accurate guess. Age, weight, family history, history of cardiac problems, medications, occupations, things like that. The heart actually doesnt have any pain receptors in it so it will tell you if its hurting by sending that signal to other nearby parts of the body.
