Are you interested in training for a leadership position? Do you feel you would be a good leader? Why?

    Not at all interested. I care more about keeping family happy and helping others by working together. I don't feel the need to lead other than by good example. I think there are far too many people that are overly interested in leading. People aren't horses to have to be led everywhere.

    I am a supervisor and I feel that I'm a good leader because I lead by example and most importantly of all I have humility.

    Because no matter how much I think you're a prick as a person... I will always treat you with the respect that your work ethic decides.

    I can be rather impartial and I am able to respect people I do not like as people and not base my decisions on who I feel they are.

    It is important to be able to realize that sometimes, what you don't like, still is a human being, and deserves a chance.
