My b/f has destroyed my trust by lying to me. I have suspensions he's cheating on me. He says he's not. How can I be sure he's not lying?

If his lips are moving..... he's probably lying. On a more serious note, Take council of your heart.. do you really want him if your suspicious? Most who suspect are correct.

You can hire a private investigator to follow him around. You can plant a recording device in his car. You can do all sorts of stuff. If he is lying to you, he probably cheating too.

If you have "suspensions" about him, you better talk to an auto mechanic,and he will know. If your boyfriend is "kicking someone elses tires," or rubbing bumpers with them, the mechanic might know.

Why would you want to put yourself through that? If he is cheating, you will find out soon enough without driving yourself crazy trying to catch him. And if you can't trust him to tell you the truth,then how can you trust him about anything.I would lose this guy now because it will only be harder later on and you are setting yourself up for a heartbreak.I know it is hard to let go but look at how you are feeling right now.insecure,mentally stressed,definitely not happy.Is that what you want from a relationship? That is not going to improve ,it will only get worse with each lie you catch him telling.
