why do my keys stick without sticking? I do alot of online gaming and if i'm doing something like say.... running forward, it will continue to make me run forward even though i have taken my hands of the keys. they don't stick down as far as i can tell. it happens in every game i play. is my pc losing its mind?

Why doesn't my usb keyboard turn on until windows starts up? BTW it works to get to the BIOS menu and Setup, but then it turns off after.
