It is when you can speak backwards. i.e. if you and I were to pronounce bath tub: ba-th-t-ub, they would pronounce it: bu-t-th-ab.

Reverse Speech is the discovery, theory, and technology of David John Oates involving oral communication. The concept of Reverse Speech is actually simple. That theory is that when we verbally communicate normally forwards, our minds are in fact simultaneously communicating in reverse.
