  • I only wear lipfinity by Covergirl. It really does last and will not come off during eating or even kissing!
  • Some are more long-wearing than others- with aforementioned Lipfinity about the best- although I find they all come off eventually, particularly if you're indulging heavily in drinking, eating or kissing. Other than keeping a handy mirror for repeated application, your best bet is to invest in a lip sealant to apply over the top (you'll find them next to the lipsticks at the make up counter in little clear bottles about the same size and shape as a nail polish), they sting a bit when you first apply them, and you can't drink, eat, snog or put your lips together 'til it dries but it will make your lipstick last all night- in fact you may have more trouble getting it off again (!) It has to be said that in my experience they only really work with matte lipsticks, as they tend to rub off gloss as you apply them, but if anyone has any tips on how to get round that then I'd like to know!
  • Long wearing lipstick have a tendancy to dry out lips. If you want your lipstick to last a bit longer through out the day try putting it on with a brush rather than the stick. If you put lipstick on with the stick you put too much product on and it easily rubs off. If you put lipstick on with a lip brush it will stain the lips resulting in longer lasting lip color.
  • No. Don't buy them. They inevitably look cakey, chalky, dry and horrible. Take the few extra minutes per day to re-apply. Read how to find the the perfect lipstick for you! http://wehow.ehow.com/how_2021279_buy-lipstick-dreams.html
  • L'Oreal Paris has some.
  • The long-lasting lipsticks that I have tried before always flake, and then leave my lips VERY dried out! Instead, I put foundation on my lips, then apply the lipstick, then powder on top of it, and then apply the lipstick again. No, it doesn't last all day, but it lasts a pretty good while!
