Why is oil coming out of my oil filler cap? I have replaced the cap with a new one and have done a full oil change but it still leaks out.

Check your PCV valve. Its the device that provides ventilation to the crankcase and valve covers. If its clogged or non functional it will cause the engine to suck or blow air from an area with less resistance, which is probably the filler cap. As its blowing air out of the engine it will shoot a little bit of oil with it.

While you are changing your PCV valve make sure that the PCV lines are clear and not pinched.. Had to edit; i am assuming that this car has good compression and not bad cylinders.??
