  • From the phrasing of the question, I'm assuming that this is an aunt-by-marriage (uncle's wife) rather than aunt-by-blood (which would make her sister either another aunt or your mother). If that is so, than her sister's children would be no official relation (well, no relationship with a single-word term) to you, other than "my Aunt X's niece/nephew".
  • It could be that your aunt's sister is your mother, in which case the children would be your brothers, sisters, or you. If the sister was not your mother, but another sister of the aunt, the children would be 1st cousins. If the aunt was the sister of your father and she had a sister, her children would also be 1st cousins.
  • Your aunts sister is still your aunt, so the sister part is pointless. Her children are therefore your first cousins.
