You probably have a slight allergy to chocolate.

An allergy is essentially an automimmune response in your own body - an over-reactive immune response. Typical of allergies is when the body releases natural histamines and even in some cases diuretic hormones. The histamines basically create a runny nose, itchy eyes and the like. So I would concur - you may have a slight chocolate allergy.

As chocolate contains solidified agents which becomes our mouth dry we began to breathe quickly to overcome the dryness of mouth.also due talking while eating our some of the portion of food goes into the nasal cavity which causes sneezing.

I doubt that its an allergy. This happens to me as well, sometimes before I even begin to chew the chocolate (salivating from the flavour so obviously not sneezing from dry mouth). Research points to overstimulation of nerves in the face. I think its the same thing that makes people sneeze when they step from darkness to daylight.
