How do u get shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Diamond Version?

So far nothing has worked the videos the links what do I have to do to just get a Shiny?

Go to www.psypoke.com and they have an outline of how to use the Pokeradar to greatly increase your chances. It works, I'v caught a shiney Ponyta and Ralts with this method.

- On the left of the page it has a link that says shiny pokemon. Roam around on the site a bit. It has every single shiny on it, and the new pokemon for Black and White.

if you see one pokemon 40 times in a roe then the next one will be shiny, if you breed and get alot of eggs of one pokemon you can get shiny, or you can trade them online or use pal park and get them from gba games
P.S if you have 2 pokemon from different countries you have a better chance of getting shiny pokemon by breeding them
