    Neither. It shows honesty to me unless it is put on for show. Then I just think it's phony! Crying has nothing to do with strength/weakness/intelligence/character in my opinion! :)

    It can also be the sign of frustration,anger,rage.....or even great joy and happiness.....you might even have broken a NAIL......or scratched your SHOE.....some thing don't bare thinking of.....hehe

    When it is sadness we are at our most vulnerable hence weakness..when it is tears of joy we are empowered therefore it is then strength.
