In Arizona, if you give 30 day notice on the 6th and rent was due on the 1st, are you required to pay a full month's rent for the following month, or only rent until the 6th?

    probally through the month. Courts generally dont recgonize notices given half way through the month unless spefically spelled out in the contract. The court usually determines that the landlord can only rent the pmace on the 1st of the month
