How can you improve AM radio reception?

    Use an external AM antenna compatible with the tuner or receiver and adjust its orientation and location to obtain the best signal.

    Unfortunately, AM radio is the forgotten child of the audio industry and little effort is put into designing good AM receivers. Very few radio receivers built in the past 30 years or so offer good quality AM reception.
