Can too many magnets on a refrigerator's exterior surface affect its interior temperature?

    No. The inside temperature of the refrigerator is controlled by the thermostat inside. All the heat exchange between the inside and out is done through a series of coils, usually located on the back of the unit or sometimes the bottom. As long as these are not obstructed, it really should not affect the temperature inside. Go ahead and put as many magnets on the sides, front, or even top as you care to.
