  • It's in Hollywood, just west of the lately revitalized part of Hollywood Boulevard and just north of West Hollywood. It is not an overly expensive part of town compared to the West Side, but it is becoming gentrified VERY quickly. It's a very exciting part of town and near great food and culture (movies, night clubs, small theaters).

  • Traffic can be bad, but it IS los angeles... what do you expect? The location is GREAT! Two minute walk to Runyon Canyon and all it's amazing views of LA. Ten minute walk to Mann's Chinese theater, the Kodak, Hollywood and Highland mall and the subway to downtown and Universal City Walk. And hey... Sheryl Crow lives one street over. :)
