A buyer arranged to purchase my home through his sales agent. Because I did not use an agent, do I (the seller) pay the sales commission, or does the buyer?

An attorney specializing in Real Estate law in your area SHOULD be able to answer this 2005 question to your satisfaction, assuming, of course, that you still REQUIRE an answer to a question that is over 4 years old.
