Is it possible to clear my record in Oregon after 7 years since a felony theft charge?

    You may apply to to expunge your record for theft in Oregon any time after three years have passed since your conviction as long as you successfully complete your sentence and comply with any orders of the court. You cannot have another conviction within the last 10 years or have any charges pending against you at the time you apply.
