I researched cases like these before and the D.A. IS harsh, BUT the D.A. faces law suits, charges, and all kinds of things every day. By law, if the D.A. does not press charges, someone could come back later and sue them for not charging someone. They are saving face. You need to hire an attorney quickly and get this resolved. If the father willingly will testify that he drops charges, I'd think any judge would throw the case out, but then again, the father could get charged and fined.

I didnt give any details but just like the rest of the media brainwashed sheep in the U.S. I was guilty just because it was a sex crime I was charged with. Ever think maybe this guy is innocent and needs help? I was innocent you scumbags, and All charges were dropped. She accused me of having sex with her because I fired her for missing work too often. Many witnesses came forward and testified that I was not at the party she said I had sex with her at. When the girls at the party told her father he tried to drop the charges. It went to trial because the prosecutor wanted it so badly. She finally admitted it didnt happen and was arrested for purjury.
