I love it. Oh to have the care free attitude of a child....sigh

I think of home. I know that sounds wierd, but about 100 feet from my backyard is a preschool/daycare center. They have dozens of kids there all day long every weekday. I can hear them playing in their playground all day long when I'm at home. I really like it, it's a friendly, happy sound.

I think of my own two daughters...9 and 13....and how I miss their sounds of playing outside or anywhere for that matter!

Maybe it is because I am getting old, but I fear that one of them is going to start crying because he or she felt to the ground and got hurt and bruised. It is a little pessimist thought, but I supposed it is part of getting older....

Terminator 2 and when the nuclear bomb is going to go off. not because i don't like the sound of children playing outside, but because i've watched the film so many times that its what i asociate with the sound. pretty morbid i guess.

Makes me happy that they are not wasting away indoors. It's good for them to get away from TV, XBox, Myspace, etc... Do children know how to ride bicycles anymore?
