If this is the sub that I am thinking about the RMS is 600 watts and they are 4 ohm subs. If this is true and you wire these in parallel then your amp has plenty of power and you may even need to turn it down. Also, make sure your wiring can handle the power. I would run the wire for 1800-2000watts even though you are only running 1200watts. This is not a necessary but you will be suprised by the results!

Well heres what i dug up. thought soo but no get a new amp dude! I looked up ur amp and it is 300watt RMS ( wired up by one channel at 4ohms ) 600watts rms (wired up by one channel at 2ohms) now if you know what OHMs are it is the resitance of power. so the lower the ohms the less power need to pump em'. So now the Kicker Solo L5 are 1200 watt peak and 600 watt RMS which is a 50% dividend.. GOOD SPEAKERS TOO!! so if you are going to run two of them. then you wanna make sure your wiring them to 2ohms and still remember thats 600watts of power going to them. so divide by two each speaker is going to get a comfy 275watts all times.. ehh not enough for the 600 watts a peice needed. here again SOLOs are POWER HUNGRY speakers. they will dim your lights at low power. so upgrade that amp! you might wanna check into the KICKER Zx1500.1 amp .. and just go from there. see your going to spend money on this set up but it your rockin solos.. u need power.
