It would depend on the colour of the stripes of the pants, but since most seersucker suits seem to be fairly muted in colour, a safe bet would be to use a sock that does not have a saturated colour. A very light grey would be fairly neutral, but you would want to choose a colour that would be in the same hue range (just lighter) as the stripes on your pants.

If you're going to wear a seersucker suit, then invest in a pair of white bucs.
