I signed agreement to lease a house for 6 months on March 30, 2007 to move in on May 1, 2007 on April 11, 2007 I had a problem to move to the house I send a notice to the Owner my question is if I am still responseble for the 6 months ( I didn't move in

Read the lease.

In some cases if you do not allow enough notice time there is a penalty.
