    Yes, they sure do, Why they made it illegal in some places - at one time - is kinda odd.

    well yes it is illegal in some countrys to end you own life but it is legal to end your life if you are sick and in pain

    Well my dear ole ma says they are being selfish if they do. She done says that they leave behind a family to cover the bills and pay for the house. She never said the same reasons for other members doing it just that there selfish. Having attempted it 6 times myself I can understand why from the person doing it's stand point so I myself agree with the rest of the answers on here and say yes.

    If a person wants to kill themselves they will, rights or no rights.
    Legally speaking you don't have the right to kill yourself in most US states but most suicidal people aren't very concerned with the legality of the whole thing.

    Yes, if someone is liability to his family, say he is neither earning nor doing any household job and other family members have to feed him from their earnings, so if he dies then the family will be better off financially by saving some money.
