unfortunatley there isn't a really fast way to get rid of them. Time is the best cure all. But, they will heal quicker if you apply any sort of neosporin or vaseline type of healing ointment you can find in your local drugstore. Keeping the sun off of them helps prevent as much scarring also.

put vitamin e oil on them. just apply a dab before you go to bed and put a bandage on top of it. i did that just once the other night and they got noticeable smaller! good luck! =D
