Rebekah is spot on with her research on this question. Back in 2002, the term "go green" was researched exhaustively before I named my nonprofit organization. Believe it or not, you could google "go green", and absolutely nothing came up. I looked in every corner of marketing, advertising, academic, and nonprofit sectors to ensure we had an original concept...and we did.
