  • Assuming this is the way the TV came from the manufacturer, there is probably nothing you can do. The same production molds used for the TV's housing may be used for more than one product. Your TV may simply lack this feature, while other TV models from the same manufacturer have it. If this is the case, there is nothing you can do. If such an input was once present and is broken, it can be repaired. However, I would not advise a person to open the back of a TV unless they were knowledgeable about repairs and had appropriate safety training. Lethal voltages may be present after the TV is unplugged.
