How has your religion helped you? Are you happy in your religion?

    Yes, I am happy with my religion. My religion has helped me find a group of people who are always kind and friendly. We have meals together, go to each other's parties, laugh at each other's jokes, and have a good time. We debate theology, which is always an interesting mental exercise. We go camping together and sing songs, which is also nice. It is as if as soon as I stepped through the church's door, I had made 300 new friends.

    The only negative thing about how I started going to church is that my old friends started bugging me about it, as if I betrayed them somehow. They said that religion is not based on evidence, and that anybody who believes the world was created by a God must be deluded. To which I answered, so what? If life is just a chemical reaction and that after death nothing happens, I'd perfer to have a good time in the meanwhile and believe in some afterlife so that when I die it won't be as sad. My religion makes me feel better, and that is all that matters to me.

    god has helped me with every problem i have/had and i`m happier now more than ever

    just having the faith to believe on it`s own is enough to make me happy

    through gods love for me it helps me to love others

    i am closer to my family (i`m actualy starting to like my brothers after 40 years of arguing and fighting)

    yes i can safely say god has changed my life for the better and i am happy
