    Deleting number over the phone

    Dial tone then dial #60. Follow the prompts on your mobile menu to reach the call screening option and choose the "remove" option from the calling screen section.

    Deleteing Call Screening numbers over the Internet

    Log into the Comcast system at Comcast.net by clicking on the "Voice" option and then entering your phone number and voicemail password. Click on the "Preferences" tab and then "Call Manager." Choose the feature "Call Screening" and choose to delete each number you wish to remove.
