Not all games run correctly from the harddrive as opposed to reading from the disc. Most work, but some may require a 'patch' for them to launch. Check out the below site as an example of a place to obtain these patches:

I had some problems with OBLIVION on the xbox360
If u save to many things over and over again in 1 files
So if i had a saved file and i kept saving and overwriting it there it would corrupt after time
I SAVED my oblivion HOURS AND HOURS of work by deleting the ADD-ONS and re install ALL though they didnt work my game had a 1 out of a BILLION chance and it transported me when i got arrested to the jail in the add-on and now it works 90% fine :D
Chips and Mods MAY collide with other normal things
So just dont do it :D
What would putting a mod chip into my original Xbox do for it? Like I know it can play burnt game discs, but what other features would it provide me with?

My modded xbox turns on and flashes for a sec then turns off then turns back on and flashes for another sec then turns back off then it turns back on and stays on what do i do?

Recently a friend of mine MOD'ed my XBox with the Unleash X program. But now I have a 32MB memory card and can't figure out how to make my saved games appear on the card because my XBox does not recognize it. How can I make my XBox see & recognize this?

When u mod a xbox do u need to down load emulators from the internet for other game stations or do they come on the mod chip. do u recommend a bigger hard drive with a xbox?

You're reading I recently modded my Xbox and installed a larger HDD to back up my already purchased games. Some games I have installed on my new HDD work and others do not. Can someone tell me why and how to fix it?
