    Load the Blowgun

    Load the blowgun by tilting the gun up and dropping the dart or bead into the gun. Hold a finger to the bottom of the blowgun to prevent the ammunition from falling out.

    Aim the Blowgun

    Site the target, with both eyes open, between the two ghost images of the blowgun. The target should be slightly below the tip of the ghost images. These ghost images are caused by the object being too close to the eyes to be combined neatly into the image. If the blowgun is long enough, the tip of the gun should touch, and the target can be lined up to this.

    Firing the Blowgun

    Take a deep breath and be careful not to inhale the ammunition. Exhale quickly into the blowgun. This will project the ammunition toward the target. It may take time to perfect the aiming and firing of the blowgun.
