Antifungal medication is often used in individuals with poorly functioning immune systems. Garlic contains a natural anti-fungal agent, chew on one or two a day. You can apply OTC antifungal creams twice daily. Apply antidandruff shampoo that contains selenium sulfide on the patches. Take bath daily, this will remove dead cells and fungus from your skin. Here is a link, of OTC, antifungul creams. http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/antifungal-medications-002721.htm

50% warm water and 50% white vinegar.
Soak a washcloth and leave on the area for several minutes. Do this 2 to 3 times a day and you'll see a noticable difference the next day. Good luck

There are a number of remedies you can try. An effective yet inexpensive one would be using vinegar. Lay a rag soaked in vinegar on the area for 30 minutes twice a day until it's healed. Vinegar kills fungus of all types. If the area is raw, you could dilute the vinegar with water and gradually decrease the water until you're using the vinegar full strength.

Something in your system is off kilter that it would allow fungus to grow on your skin. To restore it, you should consider going on an anti-candida program to restore your immune system.

    Blessings
