Help answer this question below.
Most people would automatically say that women are better teachers because most women are naturally nurturing and patient. These qualities are very important in the classroom, especially for younger children who are just becoming acquainted with the learning process. Female teachers, in most cases, make an effort to be especially creative in the way that they present new educational concepts to students and encourage students to engage in group discussions or role playing to promote academic comprehension.
Male teachers command authority in many instances, which naturally prompts students to be more respectful and pay attention in class. Some adolescent male students may learn better from a male teacher, since the student will be looking to the teacher as a source of inspiration or a father figure. Lessons are often straightforward, which can eliminate confusion for students, even when it comes to learning new, more advanced academic principles.
Even though being a teacher is traditionally a female occupation, both sexes bring a number of assets to the education field and can reach different students in different ways.
