My ps2 supports 60hz while my tv supports 50hz. will it work properly.

Do I need a voltage converter if play my us ps2 in Bangladesh. voltage of bangladesh is 220V and the adapter reads input 110V-240V while output reads 8.5V. What's the deal? Pls helpppppppppp.

You're reading I received a PS2 from Hong Kong and it only supports the NTSC format. Is there any way I can convert it to play the PAL format?
