Apart from there being no such thing as a "scientific fact" recent resarch by Rene Marois at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenessee shows that men and women are actually equally bad at multi-tasking. People who think they are multitasking are probably underperforming in all, or at best all but one, of their tasks.

Honestly, I think men CAN multi-task. It's just that many of them do not have the ambition to do so.

Far from it! Most airline pilots are male, and there is a very high level of multi-tasking in this field. If men could not, there wouldn't be a flight without a crash. I will admit I find it almost shocking how poor many (non-pilot) males are at multi-tasking.

No. I'm a women and I can't multitask to save my life. My boyfriend get's so frustrated with me for this sometimes. He's the one who can multitask.

Multitasking is way too subjective a term for this to be 'scientific'.
